Front Desk / Night Auditor Position
Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Eden Prairie

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Eden Prairie.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and requests efficiently
• Perform nightly audit procedures accurately and on time
• Ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask and work independently during overnight shifts
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
