About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee large-scale transportation operations. This individual will play a key role in managing daily dispatch, ensuring on-time performance, and monitoring all events impacting our fleet and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be available daily at 7:00 AM to lead dispatch activities.
• Manage and monitor transportation schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
• Respond to operational events and implement quick solutions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and leadership to ensure safety and service goals are met.
