Operations & Admin
Manage daily front desk operations (calls, emails, visitor check-in)
Maintain/Manage bookings for events
Process payments (Zelle, Cash, Website, POS) and maintain records in the system
Manage inventory gear, merch, snacks, and vending machines
Handle facility scheduling and ensure facility is ready on time
Customer Engagement
Welcome visitors and guide new clients through facility offerings
Resolve customer questions or escalate as needed
Communicate updates for events, policies, closures, or events via WhatsApp, email, and social media
Event & League Coordination
Assist in organizing events, private bookings, and corporate events
Track registrations
Prepare forms, merchandise, and signage for events
HR & Vendor Coordination
Support scheduling
Liaise with vendors (cleaning, repair, catering, merchandise, etc.)
2+ years of office management or operations experience (fitness facility preferred)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Friendly and professional communication (verbal + written)
Tech-savvy: Google Sheets, Forms, WhatsApp, Canva, scheduling tools
Familiarity with sports a plus (not required)
