Boiled rice- 2 cups Green chillis- 2 sliced Onion- 1 chopped Carrot- 11/2 grated finely Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp Zeera - 1/2 tbsp Curry leaves- 4 count Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tbsp Split urad dal- 1tbsp Hing- a pinch Salt require
1-First take a pan and add oil heat it then add mustard seeds, zeera, green chillis ,split urad dal, curry leaves, hing and fry for a mim then add the onions and fry well then add ginger garlic paste and fry until brown colour. 2-Then add the grated carrot and saute for a min and then add the rice and salt and mix well and serve hot as lunch or dinner.
