For one 8" Pizza base: 250 gm flour 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp sugar 2 Tb sp Milk 50ml Cooking oil 5gm Yeast Filling: 100ml Tmato Puree 1tsp Oregano seeds/mixed hearbs 4 large Potatoes, diced and boiled 250 gm CHeddar Cheese, grated 1tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 50gm Parmesan Cheese, grated 100 gm green bell pepper, diced 75 gm red bell pepper, diced 75 gm yehllow bell pepper, diced 2 large Onions, finely sliced 75 gm Button Mushroon, Sliced
Preheat Oven 225 C. Mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl to a smooth dough. Keep aside under a damp muslin cloth to rise. When done knowch back the dough and roll into an 8" disc. Place on a greased and flour dusted baking/cooking tray. Prick the base all over with a fork. Bake in a hot oven at 225 C for 4 minutes and remove from oven. SPread tomato purely evenly over pizza bread. Arrange vegetables over the puree. Sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper on top.. Mix two cheese together and sprinkle on the top. Change the oven function to broil. Place the pizza onto a greased and dusted baking/cooking tray in a center rack position/ Broil 250C for 8 minutes. Remove using tongs abd serve hot.
