100 gram whole wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon coarsely powered cumin seeds 1/2 tsp coarsely powdered peppercorn 1/4 teaspoon TURMERIC POWDER/Haldi (OPTIONAL) 2 teaspoon vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon salt
*Mix all the ingredients. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well. *Divide the dough into 25 portions. Roll out into thin puris and prick with a fork. *Arrange the puris on a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 15 minutes.
