mustard 1tbs,
1clove garlic
jeera 1tbs
big ripe tomato 1
haldi i/2 tbs
salt 1tbs
mirchi 2
vindi 4{cut into small pices}
grind all ingrideents [jeera,garlic and mastard]
take a fring pan and fry the small vindi with little 
salt ,afterfried then take a another kadai or fring  pan
put some veg.oil and put 1 pinch of jeera ,mustard and chilli 
for tadka then add tamato pieces till it mashed   .then add all 
grinded ingreideint of paste with 1 cup water.
add 1 tbs haldi and leave it to boil.
after boiled all the ingreidients ,see now its seen as thick 
gravy type .
now add vindi and cover for 3mins
now its ready to eat.
serve with  white rice
