Sahajayoga Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It 
helps reduce stress and increase wellness. We try to provide 
one on one assistance because of the small class sizes in the 
Twin Cities. Anyone can do it. It's absolutely free.

1) How much does it cost : 
You never have to pay for SahajaYoga meditation anywhere in 
the world since it is based on the system which is already 
present within us, which is our own.

2) What resources are available:

3) No special attire is required for meditation, also you do 
not have to bring Mat. 

4) How long do we need to meditate : 
It is recommended that everyone spends at least 10-15 mins per 
day to achieve desired results of meditation and joins once a 
week for group meditation.
