Tournament Info:
  1. Rules - The Laws of Carrom (by International Carrom Federation, ICF)
  2. 3 players allowed per team; 2 main players and 1 substitute player
  3. Teams will be divided into two groups; Elite and Classic with a League Final between group winners
  4. Play will be scheduled for Friday and Saturday nights (any special request for time must be made in advance)
  5. Tournament rule book will be forwarded upon receipt of team entry
  6. Tournament fees must be paid before the first game
  7. Tournament will be held in Edina, Minnesota
